Marketing Officer

Job Description:

LivingStone International University is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Officer to join our team. As a Marketing Officer, you will play a key role in promoting our university through various marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media, Marketing, or a related field, along with expertise in media production, graphics design, and other relevant areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote LivingStone International University to prospective students, parents, and stakeholders.
  • Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, digital content, and social media graphics.
  • Produce multimedia content such as videos, podcasts, and animations to showcase the university’s offerings and achievements.
  • Manage social media channels and engage with followers to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator and other team members to coordinate marketing campaigns and events.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive strategies in the education sector.
  • Assist in website management and content creation to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and communications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in media production, graphics design, or related areas.
  • Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills with the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs and multimedia content.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with social media management and digital marketing strategies is a plus.

IT Administrator

Job Description:

LivingStone International University is seeking a skilled and experienced IT Administrator to join our team. The IT Administrator will be responsible for the maintenance and administration of the university’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, networks, and servers.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance.
  • Implement and maintain security measures to protect the university’s IT infrastructure from cyber threats.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring access is granted appropriately.
  • Provide technical support and training to users on IT systems and software.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
  • Keep abreast of new technologies and trends in the IT field, making recommendations for improvements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.

Job Description:

LivingStone International University is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Vice Chancellor. The Executive Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Vice Chancellor’s office and supporting strategic initiatives of the university. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Vice Chancellor’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, conferences, and presentations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including students, staff, faculty, and partners.
  • Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents on behalf of the Vice Chancellor.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Coordinate special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Vice Chancellor.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing email correspondence, and ordering office supplies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in executive support or administrative roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
